The 7 day kickstart challenge has done exactly that! I feel ready and motivated to carry on. It is quick and easy to use and the build up of positive habits is a great way to do it. I have worked with Ibb a few times to lose weight and manage my emotions over the years and he is 100% professional whilst being caring and realistic. I was blessed to sit with Coach Ibb recently for a session in the Emotion Code. It was a pleasure to see his smiley face and very comfortable interaction in its entirety. Almost like talking with an old friend that I had known for years. I LOVE the Emotion Code Modality and could feel the sincerity and genuine joy that Ibb receives from helping others. It was so apparent in his demeanor. It also helped that he looked like an Angel with his chandelier light sitting behind his head glowing like a halo:) this session will always make ME SMILE🌸
