I have always been quite sporty and active but was really struggling making better food choices consistently. I did the 8 weeks program with coach Ibb and it has been so helpful. The program was quite simple and fit my really busy schedule, and the regular catch up sessions helped me stay on track and mould the program to meet my specific goals. I cannot say this enough but Ibb is a fountain of knowledge! he can relate to almost all situations and problems his clients experience mostly because he's either been there before or has done the research around it. I’ve struggled to lose weight for many years now and joining the 4 week challenge was the best thing I’ve done in my weight loss journey so far. I managed to lose 3% body fat by the end of the four weeks and it made me realise that if I work hard enough and put my mind to it I really can achieve my goals. It was the motivation that I needed. Also, the trainers as well as the other members were lovely and really made you feel welcome. I looked forward to going to the sessions during the week and as a result of this, the diet followed smoothly alongside. The goals and lifestyle changes were realistic and manageable. They really made an effort to make exercising fun! It was such a positive experience, I can’t wait to start it again and most of all I feel really good about myself! Thank you!!
